Gender Equality can be addressed in a number of ways, such as monitoring and setting targets for your talent acquisition/recruitment team, learning and development programs, salary and reward structures and policies, mentoring programs, etc.
This survey aims to measure in what way organizations currently address Gender Equality gaps, and whether these initiatives are considered effective and sufficient.
